RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Right of withdrawal or return of a non-compliant product

Eurawheels has put in place simplified procedures to ensure you full peace of mind when making your purchases and to enable you to return your product under the best conditions, especially if your product does not meet your needs or you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by making a returns request within 14 days. Beyond this 14-day period, the sale is firm and final. Once you have received your return slip, you have 14 days to return your package.

If your return is made after this period, our Customer Service Department will be entitled to refuse the package and send it back to you.

Returned products cannot be exchanged but are checked by our logistics department once received at our warehouse. If they meet the criteria for a refund, your refund request will be validated and you will be refunded within 15 days. No returns will be accepted if the items returned are not in their original packaging, fully intact and suitable for resale.

Warning: As complete wheels and spare wheels are personalised products, in accordance with the law, no return (nor refund request) may be accepted, even if you refuse the package.

In the event of delivery of damaged products, please refuse the delivery and mention your reservations in writing on the delivery slip to be requested from the carrier. Please then contact us immediately. Any delivery that has been damaged during shipping, that has not been subject to reservations may not be returned or refunded.



  1. How can you return an item?


• If the reason for the return is covered by your right of withdrawal: please connect, within 14 days of receipt of your package, to the “My Account/Customer Service” section, then select the order you wish to return, then click on the link “I want to return a product”.

• If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please select the order you wish to return in the section “My Account/Customer Service”, then click on the corresponding reason.

Fill in the return request form online and print your return documents.

 

  1. What about return costs?


• Right of withdrawal: following a returns procedure completed online and printed, we will send a prepaid Chronopost label by email, which includes the address of our Returns Department, which will enable you to return the item(s) in question. However, return shipping costs remain at your expense and this amount will be deducted from your refund. This amounts to EUR 10.80 (including tax) per item and per quantity.


• Return request in the event the product is non-compliant: return shipping costs are covered by Eurawheels. We will send you a prepaid label by email, enabling you to return the item(s) in question, without having to advance any shipping costs.

  1. HOW DO YOU PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE?

• Reuse the box in which your products were delivered
• Place the products in the box in their original packaging.

The product must be in its original condition, new and without any traces of assembly, wear, scratches or any other damage.
• Check the accuracy of the information noted on the Return Slip and place this on the package
• Stick the printed shipping label on your package, the address of our Returns Department is indicated on this label
No returns will be accepted if the returned items are not in their original packaging, fully intact and suitable for resale.

  1. REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The refund request is an essential prerequisite for the acceptance and refund of returned products, whether this concerns a right of withdrawal or return of non-compliant products. When submitting this request, we will explain the procedure to be followed to return your products. Returned packages that have not been subject to a prior request submitted on the website will not be accepted

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouses, the returned products will be checked by our logistics department. If they meet the criteria for a refund, your refund request will be validated and you will be refunded within 15 days. EURAWHEELS will refund the amounts paid by the Customer, with the exception of the initial delivery costs and return shipping costs, if applicable, within 15 days of receipt of the returned package. The refund will be made via the same payment method as the original payment.

Non-delivery within the deadlines

If the delivery does not take place within 10 days of the delivery date stated in the order, the customer may cancel its order and obtain a full refund.
In the event a product is delivered which has been subject to an order cancellation, the customer must inform the EURAWHEELS hotline. The customer must ensure that the item is made available for a return to EURAWHEELS’ warehouses.
